Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly analytical and ethically driven Remote Responsible AI Ethics Reviewer to join our growing global technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating artificial intelligence systems, models, and data practices to ensure they comply with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI guidelines.

The ideal candidate will work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, product teams, and compliance specialists to review algorithms, assess potential bias, and ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Review AI models, datasets, and automated systems to ensure they comply with ethical standards and responsible AI principles.

• Identify potential risks such as bias, discrimination, privacy issues, and unintended consequences in AI systems.

• Conduct ethical impact assessments and document findings for internal review boards and compliance teams.

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to recommend improvements in model fairness, transparency, and explainability.

• Develop and maintain guidelines, checklists, and frameworks for responsible AI evaluation.

• Monitor global AI regulations and ensure organizational compliance with evolving standards.

• Provide training and awareness sessions for internal teams on ethical AI practices.

• Participate in governance reviews and assist in establishing responsible AI policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Ethics, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and algorithmic decision-making.

• Knowledge of ethical AI frameworks, fairness principles, and responsible technology development.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to review complex technical systems and translate findings into clear recommendations.

• High attention to detail and commitment to ethical standards.

• Ability to work independently in a remote and global work environment.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in AI governance, technology ethics, risk assessment, compliance, or a related field.

• Experience reviewing machine learning models or automated systems is preferred.

• Prior exposure to responsible AI frameworks, regulatory compliance, or technology risk management is an advantage.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in technology organizations is beneficial.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.
