Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Part-Time Study Abroad Visa Mentor to guide students through the complex process of applying for international study visas. The ideal candidate will provide accurate guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and interview preparation for students planning to study abroad in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about international education and enjoy mentoring students to successfully achieve their global academic goals. The position is part-time and offers flexible working hours, making it suitable for experienced visa consultants, education counselors, or professionals with experience in international admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide step-by-step guidance to students on study abroad visa processes and requirements.

• Assist students in preparing and organizing visa documentation, including financial documents, application forms, and supporting materials.

• Conduct mock visa interviews and provide feedback to improve student confidence and success rates.

• Keep up-to-date with immigration policies, visa rules, and documentation requirements for major study destinations.

• Support students in understanding embassy procedures and visa appointment scheduling.

• Collaborate with the admissions and counseling team to ensure students meet visa compliance requirements.

• Identify common application issues and provide solutions to prevent visa rejections.

• Maintain records of student applications and track visa processing progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of international student visa procedures and immigration regulations.

• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

• Ability to explain complex visa requirements in a simple and clear manner.

• Strong organizational and documentation management skills.

• Familiarity with online visa application portals and embassy processes.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in study abroad counseling, visa consulting, or international education services.

• Prior experience assisting students with visas for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, or Australia is highly preferred.

• Experience conducting visa interview preparation sessions is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Part-Time Position

• Flexible working schedule (approximately 15–20 hours per week)

• Evening or weekend availability may be required to accommodate student schedules.
