Global MNC Tech is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Evening Shift Cloud Kitchen Quality Lead to oversee food quality, safety standards, and operational consistency within our fast-growing cloud kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality food production standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and supervising evening kitchen operations. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality to customers through efficient kitchen processes.
Monitor and maintain food quality standards across all evening shift kitchen operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Conduct regular quality inspections of ingredients, food preparation processes, and finished products.
Lead and supervise kitchen staff during the evening shift to ensure operational efficiency.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation and handling.
Address customer feedback related to food quality and implement corrective measures.
Maintain accurate records for quality audits, safety checks, and kitchen inspections.
Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure high-quality ingredients are sourced and stored correctly.
Train kitchen staff on quality control practices and food safety protocols.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Strong understanding of food safety standards and quality control practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in quality documentation and reporting systems.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in cloud kitchen operations, restaurant management, or food quality assurance.
Experience in supervising kitchen teams and maintaining food safety standards.
Prior experience in evening or shift-based kitchen operations is preferred.
Evening Shift Position
Typical schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (may vary depending on operational needs).
Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
Knowledge of food quality assurance and hygiene practices.
Ability to implement and monitor kitchen standard operating procedures.
Strong analytical and reporting skills for quality monitoring.
