Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a passionate and creative Weekend Creative Pottery Workshop Assistant to support our community-based art and creativity programs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with clay, assisting artists or instructors, and engaging with people in a relaxed, creative environment.

The assistant will help organize pottery workshops, prepare materials, guide participants during sessions, and ensure the studio remains a safe and inspiring place for learning. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the pottery instructor during weekend workshops and creative sessions.

• Prepare clay, tools, glazes, and other materials before each class.

• Support participants with basic pottery techniques under instructor supervision.

• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment before, during, and after workshops.

• Help set up pottery wheels, drying racks, and kiln areas safely.

• Assist in packing, labeling, and storing finished pottery pieces.

• Welcome participants, manage registrations, and provide general workshop guidance.

• Ensure all safety procedures related to pottery equipment and materials are followed.

• Capture workshop highlights or assist with social media updates if required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic knowledge or interest in pottery, ceramics, or studio arts.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with diverse groups including beginners and hobbyists.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Friendly, patient, and supportive attitude.

• Basic understanding of studio safety and equipment handling.

Experience

• Prior experience in pottery studios, art workshops, or creative spaces is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience assisting instructors, teachers, or workshop facilitators will be an advantage.

• Freshers with a strong passion for arts and crafts are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Part-time weekend role (Saturday and Sunday).

• Typical schedule: 4–6 hours per day depending on workshop sessions.

• Occasional evening sessions during special creative events.
