Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Electric Bike Repair Technician to join our growing mobility support team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing electric bikes to ensure optimal performance and safety for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in electric bikes.

• Perform routine maintenance including brake adjustments, tire replacement, chain servicing, and battery inspection.

• Troubleshoot electrical systems such as motors, controllers, wiring, and battery packs.

• Conduct safety checks to ensure bikes meet operational standards.

• Maintain service records and update repair logs accurately.

• Assist customers by explaining repairs, maintenance tips, and safe usage practices.

• Order and manage spare parts and tools when necessary.

• Support quality control by testing bikes after repair to ensure proper functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic certification or training in bicycle mechanics, electrical systems, or a related technical field.

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with electric bike components including motors, batteries, and controllers.

• Ability to use standard mechanical and diagnostic tools.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in bicycle repair, electric bike servicing, or related mechanical repair work.

• Experience working with electric mobility devices such as e-bikes or scooters is highly preferred.

• Fresh candidates with strong technical training and mechanical aptitude may also be considered.

Working Hours

• Part-Time Position

• Flexible schedule: 15–25 hours per week

• Weekend or evening availability may be required depending on service demand.
