Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Weekend Luxury Resort Guest Relations Executive to join our hospitality support team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort environment. The selected candidate will act as the primary point of contact for guests during weekend operations, ensuring all guest needs, preferences, and concerns are handled with the highest level of professionalism and care.

This position plays a crucial role in maintaining guest satisfaction, building long-term relationships with guests, and supporting resort operations during peak weekend periods.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures while ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are fulfilled promptly.

  • Maintain detailed records of guest preferences to personalize services for returning guests.

  • Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.

  • Provide information about resort facilities, services, local attractions, and events.

  • Assist with VIP guest arrangements, special occasions, and personalized experiences.

  • Ensure compliance with luxury hospitality standards and company service guidelines.

  • Support weekend events, guest activities, and resort promotions when required.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

  • Professional appearance and etiquette suitable for luxury hospitality environments.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency with reservation or guest management systems.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional resort teams.


Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office operations, or luxury hospitality services.

  • Experience working in luxury resorts, premium hotels, or high-end hospitality environments is highly preferred.

  • Experience handling VIP guests or special event coordination is considered an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Primarily Weekend-based role (Saturday and Sunday).

  • Shifts may include morning, afternoon, or evening schedules depending on resort occupancy and events.

  • Flexibility to work during holidays, peak seasons, and special resort events when required.
