Global MNC Tech is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Talent Scout to support our growing technology recruitment initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top technical talent across various domains such as software development, data science, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology talent market, exceptional research and communication skills, and the ability to proactively identify qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and identify qualified technology professionals using online platforms, databases, professional networks, and social media channels.

  • Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates to assess interest and availability.

  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and talent databases for current and future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal recruiters to understand technical job requirements and candidate profiles.

  • Screen resumes and profiles to evaluate candidate qualifications and technical expertise.

  • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates within the technology sector.

  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely follow-ups.

  • Stay updated with the latest hiring trends and talent availability in the tech industry.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Familiarity with technology roles such as software developers, DevOps engineers, data analysts, and IT specialists.

  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to conduct preliminary candidate screening and evaluate basic technical qualifications.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and recruitment platforms or applicant tracking systems (ATS).


Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR support, or a related role.

  • Previous experience sourcing technical or IT talent is highly preferred.

  • Experience working remotely or in distributed teams is considered an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Part-time remote position

  • Flexible working schedule (approximately 15–25 hours per week)

  • Availability for occasional virtual meetings with hiring managers or recruitment teams across different time zones.
