Global MNC Tech is seeking a passionate and experienced Evening Virtual Yoga & Pranayama Coach to guide employees and clients through structured online wellness sessions. The ideal candidate will promote physical health, mental clarity, and stress management through yoga asanas, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices.
This role involves conducting engaging virtual sessions in the evening hours for individuals or small groups, helping participants improve flexibility, posture, breathing control, and overall well-being. The coach will also support the companys corporate wellness initiatives by designing customized yoga and pranayama programs suitable for different fitness levels.
Conduct live virtual yoga and pranayama sessions during evening hours for employees and clients.
Design structured yoga programs focusing on flexibility, relaxation, breathing control, and stress reduction.
Guide participants through warm-ups, asanas, pranayama, meditation, and cool-down routines.
Ensure proper posture, breathing techniques, and safe practice during sessions.
Customize yoga sessions to accommodate beginners, intermediate, and advanced participants.
Provide guidance on lifestyle habits, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices for improved health.
Monitor participant engagement and provide feedback to improve wellness programs.
Maintain session schedules and prepare weekly or monthly wellness plans.
Collaborate with the HR and wellness teams to enhance the organizations health initiatives.
Certification in Yoga Instruction or Yoga Therapy from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of pranayama techniques, meditation, and yoga philosophy.
Excellent communication and online teaching skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire participants of varying fitness levels.
Comfortable conducting sessions through virtual platforms such as Zoom or similar tools.
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Yoga Instructor or Wellness Coach.
Experience conducting online or virtual yoga classes is preferred.
Prior experience working with corporate wellness programs will be an advantage.
Evening shift (typically between 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM, depending on session schedules).
Part-time or contract-based engagement with flexible scheduling.
Sessions may be conducted 3–5 days per week depending on program requirements.
In-depth understanding of yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods.
Ability to modify yoga practices based on participants physical limitations or health conditions.
Strong presentation and virtual facilitation skills.
Knowledge of stress management, mindfulness, and holistic wellness.
Ability to maintain a calm, motivating, and supportive teaching environment.
Basic technical proficiency for managing virtual classes.
