Global MNC Tech is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Morning Hub Operations Assistant to support the daily operational activities of our logistics and service hub. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, proactive, and capable of ensuring smooth morning operations within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will assist with coordinating hub activities, monitoring inbound and outbound processes, maintaining operational records, and supporting team members to ensure efficiency during the early shift. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational accuracy, timely processing, and effective communication within the hub.
Assist in the coordination of daily morning hub operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, materials, or operational resources.
Maintain accurate records of hub activities, inventory logs, and operational documentation.
Support supervisors in tracking daily performance metrics and operational reports.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure operational alignment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and operational standards.
Assist in resolving minor operational issues and escalate complex matters to supervisors when required.
Support administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and scheduling updates.
Help maintain an organized and efficient workspace within the hub environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and email platforms).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling records and operational processes.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics support, administrative roles, or similar positions.
Freshers with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in hub operations, warehouse coordination, or process support will be an added advantage.
Part-Time Position
Morning Shift: Typically between 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM (may vary depending on operational needs).
Flexible scheduling may be available depending on business requirements.
