Global MNC Tech is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Part-Time Overseas Education Counselor to guide students who aspire to pursue higher education abroad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advising students about international study opportunities, assisting them in selecting suitable universities, and supporting them throughout the admission and application process.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of international education systems, and the ability to build trust with students and parents. As a part-time position, it offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students academic and career journeys.
Provide professional counseling to students interested in studying abroad in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Assess students academic background, career goals, and financial considerations to recommend suitable universities and programs.
Guide students through the entire application process including course selection, documentation, and university submissions.
Assist students with statement of purpose (SOP), resume preparation, and other admission requirements.
Provide information about visa procedures, scholarships, and financial planning for overseas education.
Maintain accurate records of student applications and counseling sessions.
Build relationships with universities and stay updated on admission policies and requirements.
Conduct online or in-person counseling sessions, seminars, and information sessions.
Follow up with prospective students to support their enrollment decisions.
Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of international education systems and admission procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
Ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in overseas education counseling or a related field.
Experience working with international university admissions or student recruitment is highly preferred.
Candidates with prior experience in education consultancy firms or international education platforms will have an advantage.
Part-Time Position
Flexible working schedule of 20–25 hours per week.
Availability during evenings or weekends may be required to accommodate student consultations.
Remote or hybrid work options may be available depending on operational needs.
