Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Evening Shift Apparel Merchandiser Assistant to support our merchandising and retail operations team. In this role, you will assist in coordinating apparel displays, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that merchandise is presented attractively and accurately during evening store operations. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about fashion retail, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining brand presentation standards and supporting the merchandising team in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the merchandising team in organizing and arranging apparel displays according to company guidelines and seasonal campaigns.

• Ensure merchandise is properly labeled, priced, and stocked on the sales floor.

• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Support the preparation and setup of promotional displays and new product launches.

• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of racks, shelves, and display areas.

• Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth product replenishment.

• Assist in unpacking shipments and organizing merchandise in storage areas.

• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the evening shift.

• Provide basic support to customers by directing them to product sections when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in fashion merchandising or retail management is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of retail merchandising and apparel presentation.

• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.

• Ability to lift and move merchandise when required.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail, apparel merchandising, or store operations is preferred.

Working Hours
