Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time UX Designer to help design engaging, user-friendly digital experiences for our growing E-learning Platform. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and content creators to design intuitive interfaces that enhance learner engagement and improve overall usability.

The ideal candidate is passionate about education technology and understands how thoughtful design can improve learning outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping the user journey—from research and wireframing to prototyping and usability testing—ensuring that learners have a seamless and enjoyable experience across our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile-based e-learning products.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product design.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mockups.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and instructional designers to translate requirements into effective UX solutions.

• Improve navigation, accessibility, and user engagement across the platform.

• Maintain consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.

• Analyze user behavior and platform analytics to optimize design decisions.

• Stay updated with UX trends, especially within the EdTech and digital learning industries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.

• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital product design.

• Demonstrated experience designing user-centered digital products.

• A strong portfolio showcasing UX processes, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Working Hours

• Part-Time Position

• Flexible schedule with approximately 15–25 hours per week.

• Remote-friendly work environment with occasional virtual collaboration meetings.
