Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Remote Legal Document Reviewer – IP Law to support our legal and compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and organizing intellectual property (IP)–related documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of intellectual property law, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This position is ideal for legal professionals who enjoy research, document analysis, and supporting innovative businesses in protecting their intellectual assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze legal documents related to intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and licensing agreements.

• Ensure all documentation complies with applicable IP laws and company policies.

• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or potential legal risks within documents.

• Organize and maintain digital legal files and document databases.

• Conduct legal research on intellectual property issues and provide summaries to the legal team.

• Collaborate with attorneys, compliance officers, and other stakeholders to ensure document accuracy.

• Prepare document review reports and highlight critical legal findings.

• Assist with due diligence processes involving IP documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB), Legal Studies, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of intellectual property law and legal documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Proficiency in legal research and document management tools.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in legal document review, intellectual property law, or legal research.

• Experience working with law firms, corporate legal departments, or IP consulting firms is preferred.

• Familiarity with patent filings, trademark registrations, and licensing agreements is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Remote / Work From Home position.
