Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Remote Community Manager – Web3 Gaming to build, nurture, and expand our global gaming community. In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between our Web3 gaming platform and its community of players, creators, and supporters. You will be responsible for managing online communities, fostering engagement, and ensuring that our players have an outstanding and interactive experience.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about Web3, blockchain technology, NFTs, and online gaming communities. You should be comfortable engaging with diverse global audiences across multiple platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other social channels while maintaining a strong brand voice and positive community culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate community platforms including Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and social media channels.

• Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the Web3 gaming community.

• Respond to community questions, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Organize online events such as AMAs, community tournaments, giveaways, and live discussions.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to communicate updates and announcements.

• Monitor community sentiment and provide insights and reports to internal teams.

• Enforce community guidelines and maintain a respectful and safe environment for all users.

• Identify community ambassadors and support influencer collaborations.

• Create engaging content including posts, polls, and announcements to maintain community activity.

• Track community growth metrics and engagement performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, NFTs, and online gaming ecosystems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience managing online communities on platforms such as Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and Reddit.

• Ability to handle multiple conversations and community threads simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in community management, social media management, or digital marketing.

• Prior experience in gaming, esports, blockchain, or crypto-related projects is highly preferred.

• Experience working with global online communities is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully Remote (Work From Home).

• Flexible schedule with availability during key community activity periods.

• Approximately 30–40 hours per week, including occasional evening or weekend engagement for live events and community activities.
