Startup Inno is seeking a skilled and responsible Weekend Drone Pilot – Agricultural Spraying to support modern precision farming operations. The ideal candidate will operate agricultural drones to spray fertilizers, pesticides, and crop protection solutions across designated farm areas. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about agricultural technology, drone operations, and sustainable farming practices.
The successful candidate will ensure safe and efficient drone flights, accurate chemical application, and proper maintenance of drone equipment. This is a weekend-based role designed for professionals or enthusiasts who want to contribute to innovative agricultural solutions while maintaining flexible work arrangements.
Operate agricultural spraying drones for crop protection, fertilization, and field treatments.
Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure drones and spraying systems are functioning properly.
Plan flight paths and spraying patterns for maximum crop coverage and efficiency.
Monitor drone performance during operations and make adjustments as needed.
Ensure accurate mixing and loading of agricultural chemicals according to safety guidelines.
Maintain flight logs, spraying records, and equipment maintenance reports.
Follow local aviation regulations and agricultural safety standards.
Coordinate with farm managers and agronomists to determine treatment areas and schedules.
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on drone equipment.
Certification or training in drone piloting or unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operations.
Basic understanding of agricultural spraying techniques and crop protection practices.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable working outdoors in farm environments.
1–2 years of experience operating drones or UAVs preferred.
Experience in agriculture, precision farming, or crop management is an advantage.
Fresh candidates with certified drone training may also be considered.
Weekend-based role (Saturday and Sunday).
Flexible shifts depending on farm spraying schedules and weather conditions.
Occasional early morning operations during peak agricultural seasons.
Knowledge of drone flight control systems and GPS-based navigation.
Understanding of agricultural chemicals and safe handling practices.
Ability to interpret field maps and treatment plans.
Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage field tasks efficiently.
