Startup Inno is seeking a highly organized and proactive Evening Virtual Assistant to support our growing portfolio of Australian clients. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy remote collaboration and providing administrative, operational, and communication support across multiple business functions.
As an Evening Virtual Assistant, you will work closely with Australian business teams to manage schedules, respond to communications, maintain records, and ensure daily administrative tasks are completed efficiently. The role requires excellent time management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Provide remote administrative support to Australian clients across various industries.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle email correspondence, client inquiries, and follow-ups professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and digital records.
Assist with online research, data entry, and document organization.
Support customer service tasks including responding to client requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling client information.
Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
1–3 years of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or customer service roles.
Prior experience working with international clients, particularly Australian businesses, is an advantage.
Experience in remote or work-from-home roles is preferred.
Evening shift aligned with Australian business hours.
Typically 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (may vary depending on client requirements).
Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility based on project needs.
