Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Evening Shift E-commerce Catalog Specialist to support our growing digital commerce operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and engaging product listings across our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure that product information, images, descriptions, and pricing are correctly displayed, optimized for search, and aligned with brand standards.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with digital content, product data, and online retail systems. As part of the e-commerce team, you will play a key role in enhancing the online shopping experience and ensuring product information is consistent, attractive, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product listings on the companys e-commerce platforms.

• Upload and manage product images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing information.

• Ensure all catalog data is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards.

• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search visibility.

• Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and inventory teams to ensure catalog accuracy.

• Monitor product listings to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.

• Categorize products appropriately within the website structure for easy navigation.

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the catalog is updated and aligned with promotions or seasonal campaigns.

• Maintain spreadsheets or product information management systems for data tracking.

• Support product launches by preparing and publishing new product pages efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling product data.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, or catalog tools.

• Good written communication skills for crafting clear product descriptions.

• Basic knowledge of spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Basic understanding of SEO principles for product listings is a plus.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, catalog management, or product data entry preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong digital skills and attention to detail may also be considered.

• Experience working with online marketplaces or digital retail platforms is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Evening Shift position.

• Typical schedule: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (may vary based on operational requirements).

• Part-time or flexible shift options may be available depending on workload and project needs.
