Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a reliable and proactive Weekend EV Fast-Charging Station Hub Lead to oversee operations at our electric vehicle charging hub during peak weekend hours. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainable mobility and customer service. The Hub Lead will be responsible for ensuring smooth station operations, assisting EV drivers, monitoring charging equipment, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment for all users. You will serve as the on-site point of contact and ensure the charging hub delivers a seamless experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily weekend operations of the EV fast-charging hub.

• Assist EV drivers with charging procedures, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and answering questions.

• Monitor charging station performance and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.

• Coordinate with technical teams for maintenance, repairs, or escalations when necessary.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the charging hub area.

• Track usage data, report operational issues, and maintain accurate logs.

• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures.

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for EV users.

• Support promotional or awareness initiatives related to electric vehicle adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.

• Basic understanding of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues with guidance.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Comfortable using digital tools, mobile apps, and reporting systems.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, facility management, or a related role.

• Experience in EV infrastructure, automotive services, or energy-related sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Prior experience supervising small teams or managing a service location is a plus.

Working Hours

• Part-time weekend role.

• Saturday and Sunday shifts.

• Typical schedule: 8–10 hours per day depending on operational needs.

• Flexibility for occasional extended hours during peak EV charging periods or special events.
