Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening Shift Quick-Commerce Sorter to join our fast-growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, organizing, and preparing customer orders in a quick-commerce environment where speed, accuracy, and efficiency are critical. You will work closely with warehouse associates and delivery teams to ensure that orders are processed quickly and correctly for timely dispatch.

The Evening Shift Quick-Commerce Sorter plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort incoming products and packages accurately according to delivery zones, order types, and dispatch schedules.

• Assist with organizing items in designated storage or staging areas for quick retrieval.

• Ensure customer orders are correctly grouped and prepared for delivery riders.

• Perform basic quality checks to verify product condition and order accuracy.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the sorting and packing area.

• Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve sorting efficiency.

• Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures.

• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or operational issues to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate packages.

• Basic familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse systems is a plus.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, quick-commerce, retail distribution, or a similar field preferred.

• Freshers with strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience in order sorting, packing, or fulfillment operations will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

• Evening shift schedule (typically between 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM, depending on operational requirements).

• Part-time or full-time shift opportunities may be available.

• Weekend or holiday shifts may be required during peak demand periods.
