Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Remote Multilingual AI Voice Trainer to help improve next-generation artificial intelligence voice systems. In this role, you will work closely with AI development teams to train, evaluate, and refine speech recognition and voice generation models across multiple languages.

The ideal candidate has excellent language proficiency, strong listening skills, and a passion for technology and AI-driven communication. You will contribute to enhancing natural language understanding, pronunciation accuracy, and conversational quality in multilingual voice assistants and AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Record, review, and annotate voice samples in multiple languages to improve AI speech models.

• Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for pronunciation, clarity, grammar, and contextual accuracy.

• Provide linguistic feedback and corrections to help refine machine learning datasets.

• Assist in training speech recognition systems through audio labeling and transcription tasks.

• Collaborate with AI engineers, linguists, and product teams to improve voice interaction quality.

• Perform quality assurance checks on datasets used for AI voice training.

• Follow detailed annotation guidelines and ensure consistency across training tasks.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive training data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in two or more languages (English plus additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Tamil, Mandarin, etc.).

• Excellent pronunciation and clear speaking voice.

• Strong listening, transcription, and language comprehension skills.

• Familiarity with voice recording tools, transcription platforms, or annotation software.

• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.

• Comfortable working with digital platforms and remote collaboration tools.

• Strong written communication skills in English.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Linguistics, Communications, Computer Science, Translation, or a related field is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in language services, transcription, translation, voice recording, or AI data annotation is desirable.

• Experience working with speech recognition systems, NLP datasets, or voice assistants is a plus.

• Freelance or remote project experience in AI training or language technology is advantageous.

Working Hours
