Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Weekend Luxury Fashion Brand Associate to represent premium fashion brands and deliver exceptional shopping experiences to our clientele. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong appreciation for luxury fashion, style trends, and personalized customer service.

As a Weekend Luxury Fashion Brand Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, assisting customers in selecting luxury apparel and accessories while maintaining the brands high standards of presentation and service. You will play an important role in creating memorable customer experiences, building long-term relationships, and supporting weekend retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service to all clients visiting the store.

• Act as a brand ambassador by representing luxury fashion brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Assist customers in selecting apparel, accessories, and styling options suited to their preferences.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding luxury collections, materials, and current fashion trends.

• Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining merchandise displays according to brand standards.

• Handle customer inquiries, purchases, and returns with efficiency and professionalism.

Working Hours

• Part-time weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
