Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Crypto Customer Support – Tier 1 professional to join our growing digital finance support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers using our cryptocurrency platform, assisting them with inquiries related to accounts, transactions, wallets, and platform features.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in the fast-moving world of blockchain and digital assets. This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global user base while gaining hands-on experience in the evolving cryptocurrency ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first-line support contact for customers via live chat, email, or support tickets.

  • Assist users with account setup, login issues, KYC verification, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Provide guidance on platform navigation, wallet usage, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction tracking.

  • Escalate complex technical or security issues to Tier 2 or specialized support teams when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and support cases.

  • Ensure timely resolution of user concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

  • Educate customers on platform policies, security practices, and crypto transaction safety.

  • Stay updated on platform updates, cryptocurrency trends, and common customer issues.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Basic understanding of cryptocurrency concepts such as wallets, blockchain, and transactions.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced digital environment.

  • Familiarity with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is a plus.


Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or helpdesk roles.

  • Experience supporting fintech, cryptocurrency, or online platforms is highly preferred.

  • Previous remote work experience is an advantage but not mandatory.


Working Hours

  • Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.

  • Shift-based coverage to support global users (including occasional evenings or weekends).

  • Typical shifts range from 6 to 8 hours per day, depending on operational needs.

  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain technology.

  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues quickly and efficiently.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • High level of integrity when dealing with sensitive user data.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns.
