Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Dark Store Picker to support our late-night warehouse operations. The role involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders from our dark store facility for quick dispatch. As a key member of the fulfillment team, you will help ensure that online orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment and are comfortable working night shifts. The Dark Store Picker will work closely with the inventory and dispatch teams to maintain accuracy, speed, and quality in the order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from designated storage locations based on digital order lists.

• Accurately pack items according to company packaging standards.

• Ensure orders are complete, correctly labeled, and ready for dispatch.

• Maintain organized shelves and storage areas within the dark store.

• Conduct basic inventory checks and report stock discrepancies.

• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines while handling products.

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and delivery teams to ensure smooth order flow.

• Assist with restocking shelves and arranging products when required.

• Maintain productivity and accuracy during late-night operational hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic understanding of warehouse or order fulfillment operations.

• Ability to follow digital picking lists using handheld devices or mobile apps.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting light to moderate items during shifts.

• Basic communication skills in English.

Experience

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, retail stocking, grocery fulfillment, or logistics is preferred.

• Freshers with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Experience with inventory systems or order management platforms is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Shift: Late Night Shift

• Schedule: Part-time (4–6 hours per shift)

• Typical Timing: Between 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM, depending on operational requirements

• Weekend or holiday availability may be required.
