Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our fast-growing logistics network as EV Delivery Partners for our 15-Minute Grocery Delivery Service. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering grocery orders quickly and efficiently using electric vehicles (EVs) while ensuring excellent customer service and safe delivery practices.

As part of our last-mile delivery team, you will play a critical role in helping customers receive fresh groceries and everyday essentials within a rapid 15-minute delivery window. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy flexible work, driving electric vehicles, and being part of an innovative quick-commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up grocery orders from designated micro-fulfillment centers or dark stores.

• Deliver customer orders within the 15-minute delivery target while maintaining safety standards.

• Use the companys delivery app to accept orders, navigate routes, and update delivery status.

• Ensure proper handling of grocery items including fresh produce and fragile products.

• Provide courteous and professional service during customer interactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned electric vehicle.

• Follow traffic laws, company delivery guidelines, and safety protocols.

• Report delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback through the mobile application.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driving license for two-wheeler or electric delivery vehicle (as applicable).

• Basic smartphone knowledge for app-based order management.

• Good time-management skills to meet quick delivery timelines.

• Ability to navigate routes using GPS applications.

• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

Experience

• Prior experience in delivery services, courier operations, or e-commerce logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
