Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a motivated and environmentally conscious Part-Time Green Energy Consultant – Rooftop Solar to join our growing renewable energy advisory team. In this role, you will help homeowners and small businesses understand the benefits of rooftop solar solutions and guide them through the process of adopting sustainable energy systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate homeowners and small business clients about rooftop solar energy systems and their benefits.

• Conduct initial consultations to assess customer energy needs and property suitability for solar installations.

• Provide clear explanations of solar technology, installation processes, and long-term energy savings.

• Assist customers in understanding available government incentives, rebates, and financing options for solar systems.

• Prepare basic proposals and recommendations tailored to each clients energy consumption patterns.

• Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project handover and implementation.

• Stay informed about the latest solar technologies, renewable energy policies, and market trends.

• Maintain accurate records of consultations, leads, and follow-ups in the company CRM system.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of solar energy systems or willingness to learn quickly.

• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.

• Proficiency in basic computer tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in solar energy consulting, energy sales, sustainability advisory, or a related field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates or professionals with a strong interest in green energy are encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience in customer consulting, field sales, or energy advisory roles will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

• Part-time position.

• Flexible schedule based on project and client consultation requirements.
