Global MNC Tech is seeking a professional and customer-focused Virtual Receptionist to support small business clients by managing their incoming communications and administrative tasks remotely. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer interaction, have strong organizational skills, and enjoy working in a structured morning shift.
As a Virtual Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients customers, ensuring all calls, messages, and inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer service standards while supporting the daily operations of small businesses.
Answer and manage incoming calls for assigned small business clients in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for clients when required.
Take detailed messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate contact person.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the companys systems.
Handle email inquiries and online chat support when needed.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, helpful tone in all communications.
Follow company guidelines and confidentiality policies while handling client information.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree is an advantage).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
Basic computer proficiency, including email, scheduling tools, and office software.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace suitable for remote work.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in customer service, reception, call center support, or administrative assistance is preferred.
Entry-level candidates with strong communication and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply.
Experience working remotely or handling virtual communication tools is an added advantage.
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Work Type: Remote / Work from Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexibility may be required depending on client needs)
