Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Machine Learning Researcher to join our remote AI research team focused on Healthcare AI and Predictive Modeling. In this role, you will design, develop, and evaluate advanced machine learning algorithms that support data-driven decision-making in healthcare environments.

You will collaborate with data scientists, healthcare professionals, software engineers, and research teams to develop intelligent models capable of predicting patient outcomes, improving diagnostics, and optimizing clinical workflows. The ideal candidate has a strong background in machine learning, statistics, and healthcare data analysis, combined with a passion for solving real-world medical challenges using artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced research in machine learning and artificial intelligence with a focus on healthcare applications.

• Design and develop predictive models for patient risk assessment, disease prediction, and healthcare analytics.

• Work with large-scale medical datasets including clinical, imaging, and electronic health record (EHR) data.

• Develop and implement machine learning pipelines from data preprocessing to model deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, clinicians, and product teams.

• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques.

• Publish research findings in technical reports, journals, or internal knowledge bases.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical AI standards.

• Continuously explore emerging technologies, tools, and research trends in AI and healthcare.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling techniques.

• Experience working with healthcare datasets or biomedical data is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with data visualization and analytical tools.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

• 3–7+ years of experience in machine learning research, AI development, or data science.

• Experience in predictive modeling, healthcare analytics, or medical AI research is highly desirable.

• Prior experience in research publications, academic collaborations, or AI innovation projects is a plus.

Working Hours

• Fully Remote / Work From Home role.
