Global MNC Tech is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Full Stack Developer (React/Node.js) to lead the development of next-generation fintech solutions. In this leadership role, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to design, build, and scale secure financial applications used by customers worldwide.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who is passionate about building high-performance web applications, driving engineering best practices, and mentoring development teams. You will play a key role in shaping system architecture, improving development processes, and delivering scalable products that support the evolving needs of the fintech ecosystem.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack fintech applications using React and Node.js.
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance web platforms for financial services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers.
Mentor and guide junior developers while establishing coding standards and best practices.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code delivery.
Integrate third-party fintech services, payment gateways, and financial APIs.
Contribute to system architecture decisions and long-term technology strategies.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
Experience building scalable web applications and microservices architecture.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development.
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Knowledge of modern front-end tools such as Redux, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of secure coding practices, authentication protocols, and fintech compliance standards.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in full-stack web development.
At least 2–3 years in a senior or lead developer role.
Prior experience working in fintech, banking, or financial technology startups is highly preferred.
Proven track record of building scalable production-level applications.
