Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer for Mobile Apps to join our remote design team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered mobile experiences for global audiences. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Figma, mobile interface design, and scalable design systems, along with a deep understanding of user behavior and usability best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing mobile app interfaces for iOS and Android platforms.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency across products.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve product experiences.

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.

• Optimize designs based on performance metrics and user behavior insights.

• Stay updated on latest UX/UI trends, mobile design standards, and accessibility guidelines.

• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Ensure mobile interfaces are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration.

• Proven ability to create and manage design systems and component libraries.

• Solid understanding of mobile-first design principles.

• Experience designing for iOS and Android platforms.

• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design projects and UX process.

• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and interaction design best practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

• 3–6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a focus on mobile applications.

• Demonstrated experience designing end-to-end mobile user experiences.

• Experience working with cross-functional product teams in a remote or distributed environment is highly desirable.

• Previous experience working in technology companies, startups, or digital product teams is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position.

• Flexible schedule with partial overlap required for collaboration with global teams.

• Monday to Friday workweek with occasional design sprint sessions.
