Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Prompt Engineer to join our remote innovation team focused on next-generation Generative AI technologies. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about large language models (LLMs), prompt optimization, and AI model behavior tuning.

The Senior Prompt Engineer will design, test, and refine prompts to improve the performance, reliability, and accuracy of generative AI systems used across enterprise products. Working closely with AI researchers, data scientists, and product teams, you will help shape how AI systems understand and respond to human instructions.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent Python programming skills, and hands-on experience with generative AI tools and model evaluation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize prompts to enhance the performance of large language models and generative AI systems.

• Conduct structured prompt experimentation and A/B testing to improve AI response quality and consistency.

• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and AI researchers to fine-tune model outputs and improve alignment with product goals.

• Develop automated evaluation pipelines using Python to assess prompt effectiveness and model behavior.

• Analyze AI outputs and identify opportunities for improvement in prompt design and model interaction.

• Create documentation, guidelines, and prompt libraries for scalable AI deployment across teams.

• Monitor AI system performance and continuously iterate on prompt strategies.

• Support integration of generative AI capabilities into enterprise products and workflows.

• Ensure prompt engineering practices follow ethical AI and responsible AI standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python programming for automation, experimentation, and data analysis.

• Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering methodologies.

• Experience working with modern AI frameworks, APIs, or AI development environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into structured prompts and AI instructions.

• Familiarity with data analysis, prompt testing frameworks, and AI evaluation techniques.

Experience

• 3–6+ years of experience in AI development, NLP engineering, machine learning, or prompt engineering roles.

• Hands-on experience working with Generative AI platforms, LLM fine-tuning, or conversational AI systems.

• Experience building automation scripts, experimentation pipelines, or evaluation tools using Python.

• Prior experience in remote collaboration with distributed engineering teams is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-Time Remote Position

• Flexible work schedule with partial overlap required with global product and engineering teams.

• Standard work week: 40 hours with occasional collaboration across international time zones.
