Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote HR Coordinator – Sourcing & Onboarding to support our growing distributed workforce. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, candidate experience, and seamless employee onboarding in a fully remote environment.
As a Remote HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in identifying qualified candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires across global teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR leadership to ensure our hiring pipeline remains efficient and aligned with company goals.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced international organization.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening coordination, and interview scheduling.
Manage job postings across various platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.
Support hiring managers by identifying qualified candidates through sourcing tools, professional networks, and databases.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
Oversee onboarding processes including documentation, system access setup, and orientation scheduling.
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Collaborate with HR leadership to improve recruitment strategies and onboarding workflows.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and hiring standards across multiple regions.
Provide regular recruitment reports and hiring metrics to management.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and onboarding best practices.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR software platforms.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote and distributed team environment.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Coordination roles.
Previous experience supporting remote or distributed teams is highly preferred.
Experience in international recruitment or global workforce management is an added advantage.
Full-Time Remote Position
Flexible schedule with overlap required with global teams.
Typical availability expected during core collaboration hours (4–6 hours overlap with international teams).
Strong candidate sourcing techniques and talent pipeline development.
Knowledge of remote onboarding practices and HR compliance standards.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics.
