Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Personal Assistant to support a UK-based CEO in managing daily administrative, operational, and communication tasks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can efficiently handle confidential information while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in streamlining the CEOs schedule, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position offers a flexible 4-hour shift, making it suitable for individuals seeking part-time remote opportunities with international exposure.
Manage and maintain the CEOs daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft professional responses on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes when required.
Conduct online research and compile reports, summaries, or presentations.
Assist with travel planning, including itinerary preparation, bookings, and documentation.
Organize digital files, documents, and confidential information securely.
Liaise with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders when necessary.
Monitor task progress and ensure deadlines are met across ongoing projects.
Provide general administrative support to improve executive productivity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms.
Strong time management and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Professional attitude and ability to interact with international clients and stakeholders.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams is highly preferred.
Prior experience working with international teams or UK/European clients is an advantage.
