Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled Remote SAP S/4HANA Consultant with strong expertise in cloud migration to join our growing digital transformation team. In this role, you will lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives, helping clients modernize their ERP landscapes and optimize business processes in cloud environments.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep SAP functional and technical knowledge, proven migration experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA cloud migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.

• Assess existing SAP ECC environments and develop migration roadmaps (Brownfield, Greenfield, or Landscape Transformation).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable cloud architectures.

• Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA modules aligned with business requirements.

• Perform system analysis, data migration validation, and integration testing.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks during migration.

• Provide technical guidance and best practices to internal teams and clients.

• Prepare documentation, migration runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.

• Support hypercare and continuous improvement initiatives post-deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.

• Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology and migration tools (e.g., SUM with DMO, Migration Cockpit).

• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Solid understanding of SAP architecture, data models, and integration frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP consulting experience.

• At least 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.

• Proven experience in cloud migration strategy and execution.

• Experience working with global or enterprise clients preferred.

• SAP S/4HANA or cloud certifications are a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.

• Flexible working hours with overlap required for client meetings.

• Availability to support critical migration windows or cutover activities when needed.
