Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Full Stack Developer to join our AI Platform Hub team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling modern web applications that power our next-generation AI-driven products. You will work across the full technology stack, leveraging Vue3 on the frontend and Go (Golang) on the backend to build high-performance, secure, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Vue3 and Go.

• Architect robust APIs and microservices to support AI-powered features and integrations.

• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across the platform.

• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.

• Implement responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces with modern UI/UX standards.

• Manage database design, queries, and performance tuning.

• Participate in DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

• Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Vue3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.

• Solid backend development experience with Go (Golang).

• Experience designing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Deep understanding of web security best practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of full stack development experience.

• At least 2+ years working with Go in production environments.

• Proven experience building and scaling modern SPA applications using Vue (Vue3 preferred).

• Prior experience in AI, data platforms, or high-growth startup environments is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring developers is a plus.

Working Hours
