Startup Inno is seeking motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Telemarketers to join our growing remote sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, presenting our products and services, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided leads and databases.

  • Present, promote, and explain products or services clearly and persuasively.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to close sales.

  • Handle objections professionally and effectively.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and report performance metrics regularly.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.

  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.

Experience

  • Previous telemarketing, telesales, or call center experience preferred but not mandatory.

  • Proven track record in commission-based sales roles is an advantage.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Fully remote, work-from-home setup.
