Startup Inno is seeking motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Telemarketers to join our growing remote sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators and thrive in performance-based environments. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, presenting our products and services, and converting leads into sales. This is a fully remote opportunity offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided leads and databases.
Present, promote, and explain products or services clearly and persuasively.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to close sales.
Handle objections professionally and effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team and report performance metrics regularly.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working environment.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Previous telemarketing, telesales, or call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
Proven track record in commission-based sales roles is an advantage.
