Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our growing network of Freelance Caregivers. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and are looking for flexible, meaningful work—even if they have no prior professional caregiving experience.

As a Freelance Caregiver, you will provide non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly companionship and emotional support to clients

• Assist with basic daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands

• Help clients with mobility and general supervision for safety

• Support medication reminders (non-clinical)

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Communicate regularly with clients, families, and care coordinators

• Document completed visits and any client concerns

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Caring, patient, and empathetic personality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Ability to follow care instructions carefully

• Basic English proficiency (spoken and written)

• Must be legally eligible to work as a freelancer in your location

• Willingness to undergo background screening if required

Experience

• No prior caregiving experience required

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, volunteering, or caregiving is an advantage but not mandatory

• Onboarding guidance and basic orientation support will be provided

Working Hours

• Flexible freelance schedule

• Choose assignments based on your availability

• Hours may vary depending on client needs and your preferences

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence

• Basic understanding of personal care and household support

• Ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive situations

• Physical ability to assist with light mobility support when required

• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
