Startup Inno is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our network of real estate agents with administrative, marketing, and client coordination tasks. This flexible, remote role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving agent productivity and enhancing client experience.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to real estate agents
Manage calendars, appointments, and property showing schedules
Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner
Prepare and format property listings and marketing materials
Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate client and property information
Coordinate with vendors, photographers, and other stakeholders
Assist with social media posting and basic digital marketing tasks
Handle document preparation, filing, and transaction coordination
Conduct online research related to properties, market trends, and leads
Support agents with follow-ups and lead nurturing activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Comfortable using CRM systems and real estate platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented
Basic social media management skills preferred
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Prior experience supporting real estate professionals is highly desirable
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is an advantage
Flexible working hours based on agent requirements
Part-time or full-time engagement options available
Ability to overlap with agent time zones when needed
Occasional availability during evenings or weekends may be required
Understanding of real estate terminology and transaction processes
Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities
