Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and creative Freelance Prompt Engineer to support innovative Singapore-based startups in optimizing their AI-driven workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-quality prompts for various AI and LLM applications.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and startup founders to understand AI use cases.

• Test prompt performance and iterate based on output quality, accuracy, and business goals.

• Build prompt libraries, templates, and best-practice documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written English and ability to craft precise instructions.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with basic scripting or programming (Python or JavaScript preferred).

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple freelance assignments.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience working with AI tools, prompt engineering, or conversational AI.

Working Hours

• Fully remote and flexible schedule.
