Global MNC Tech is seeking a proactive and people-focused Remote HR Generalist to support and strengthen our remote-first culture. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in distributed environments and is passionate about employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will partner with leadership and employees globally to deliver seamless HR services, foster an inclusive workplace, and ensure HR best practices are consistently applied across the organization.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for remote employees across multiple regions.
Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, performance support, and offboarding.
Support and enhance remote-first culture initiatives and employee experience programs.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
Assist managers with performance management processes and employee relations matters.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation within HRIS systems.
Coordinate virtual training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve retention and satisfaction.
Support policy development and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and onboarding readiness.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of HR best practices in remote or distributed environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High emotional intelligence and employee-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
3–6 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
Prior experience supporting remote or global teams strongly preferred.
Experience in fast-paced technology or multinational environments is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in employee relations and HR operations.
Fully remote, flexible schedule.
Overlap required with global teams (primarily US/UK business hours).
Occasional availability for virtual meetings across time zones.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance fundamentals.
