Global MNC Tech is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Online Lead Generation Specialist to support our growing B2B sales pipeline. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying high-quality business leads that align with our target market. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and experienced in using digital tools and platforms to generate sales opportunities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent flow of qualified prospects that drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B prospects using online databases, social media, and professional networks.

  • Build and maintain targeted lead lists aligned with campaign objectives.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.

  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to initiate contact with prospects.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and hand off qualified opportunities.

  • Monitor lead generation metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies.

  • Support marketing campaigns by sourcing industry-specific prospect data.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes.

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and lead sourcing tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • High attention to detail and strong research capabilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Basic knowledge of email outreach and prospecting techniques.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data management tools.


Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or online prospecting.

  • Proven track record of generating qualified business leads.

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred.

  • Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or digital services industries is an advantage.
