Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Online Transcriptionist specializing in medical and legal documentation to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will convert audio recordings into clear, precise, and professionally formatted written documents while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe medical reports, legal proceedings, and related audio files with high accuracy.

• Review and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, formatting, and clarity.

• Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality, HIPAA, and data protection standards.

• Meet daily and weekly productivity and turnaround time targets.

• Conduct research to verify terminology, names, and technical references.

• Follow client-specific style guides and formatting requirements.

• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding unclear audio or project queries.

• Maintain organized digital records of completed work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent English listening, typing, and proofreading skills.

• Strong knowledge of medical and/or legal terminology.

• Minimum typing speed of 60+ words per minute with high accuracy.

• Proficiency in transcription software and MS Word or Google Docs.

• High level of attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.

• Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently during night hours.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional transcription experience (medical and/or legal preferred).

• Prior experience in remote or freelance transcription roles is an advantage.

• Familiarity with dictation systems and speech recognition editing tools is beneficial.

Working Hours

• Night Shift (aligned with US/UK client time zones).
