Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Product Lister to support our growing online retail operations across Amazon and Takealot platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon and Takealot.

• Write compelling, SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.

• Ensure product data accuracy including pricing, images, specifications, and variations.

• Conduct keyword research to improve product discoverability and ranking.

• Monitor listing performance and recommend optimization improvements.

• Maintain compliance with marketplace policies and listing guidelines.

• Coordinate with design and inventory teams to ensure complete product information.

• Update listings regularly based on promotions, stock changes, or platform requirements.

• Troubleshoot listing issues such as suppressions or errors.

• Maintain organized records of listing activities and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written English communication skills.

• Solid understanding of Amazon Seller Central and/or Takealot Seller Portal.

• Basic knowledge of SEO principles for e-commerce listings.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ability to manage multiple listings and meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce product listing or catalog management.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon and/or Takealot marketplaces preferred.

• Experience working in a remote or online support role is an advantage.

• Familiarity with product research tools or listing software is beneficial.

• Fully remote position.

• Flexible working schedule with availability to overlap with business hours when required.
