Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Remote Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales support team. In this high-commission role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by engaging prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales team. The successful candidate will demonstrate persistence, professionalism, and a strong ability to build rapport quickly in a remote setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients using provided lead lists and CRM tools.

  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and identify high-potential opportunities.

  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with warm and cold prospects to nurture interest and increase conversion rates.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive brand image at all times.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • High level of professionalism and customer focus.

  • Basic proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.


Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or appointment KPIs is highly preferred.

  • Experience working with international clients or in B2B environments is an advantage.

  • Prior remote work experience is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Must be available to work South Africa (SA) business hours.

  • Fully remote/work-from-home setup.

  • Flexibility may be required based on campaign needs.
