Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Online Math & Science Tutor specializing in the IEB/NSC curriculum to join our growing remote education team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality virtual instruction, support student academic achievement, and foster a positive online learning environment. This role requires strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online Math and Science lessons aligned with the IEB/NSC curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments tailored to student needs.

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions via virtual platforms.

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

• Identify learning gaps and implement targeted intervention strategies.

• Support exam preparation, homework assistance, and concept reinforcement.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and session notes.

• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve teaching methods.

• Uphold professional standards and ensure a positive learning experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Science, Education, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of the IEB/NSC curriculum.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Proficiency in using online teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms.

• Strong interpersonal and student engagement skills.

• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home teaching setup.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or tutoring experience in Math and/or Science.

• Prior online tutoring experience preferred.

• Experience working with secondary school students is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with exam preparation strategies for IEB/NSC is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.
