Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Representative (Mandarin/English Interpreter) to join our growing global support team. In this role, you will serve as a vital communication bridge between Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is fluent in both languages, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate interpretation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time interpretation services between Mandarin and English for customer support interactions.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy.

  • Accurately translate customer concerns, technical information, and resolutions.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while meeting quality and productivity targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and service protocols.

  • Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service techniques.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and common support tools.

  • High level of cultural sensitivity and professionalism.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in interpretation.


Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer support, call center, or interpretation roles preferred.

  • Experience in remote customer service environments is an advantage.

  • Prior experience in BPO, tech support, or multilingual support is highly desirable.

  • Fresh graduates with strong language proficiency may be considered.


Working Hours

  • Fully remote position.

  • Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.

  • Flexibility to support global time zones is essential.

  • Full-time schedule with performance-based shift assignments.

  • Familiarity with customer service metrics such as CSAT, AHT, and FCR.
