Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Lead specializing in TikTok and Social Commerce to drive brand growth and revenue across emerging social platforms. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative short-form video strategies, influencer collaborations, and social commerce initiatives that convert engagement into measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, content trends, and the evolving social commerce landscape. You will work cross-functionally with product, e-commerce, and creative teams to scale our digital presence and maximize ROI.
Develop and execute end-to-end TikTok and social commerce strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead content planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization for short-form video platforms.
Drive revenue growth through TikTok Shop, live commerce, and social storefront integrations.
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and affiliate partners.
Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting video content and ad creatives.
Manage paid social campaigns, including budgeting, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
Monitor platform trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in social commerce.
Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.
Ensure brand consistency across all social touchpoints.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
Proven expertise in TikTok marketing, social commerce, and short-form video strategy.
Strong knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and social analytics tools.
Demonstrated success in scaling social media campaigns that drive revenue.
Excellent storytelling, content planning, and creative direction skills.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing.
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok or social commerce campaigns.
Prior experience in e-commerce, D2C brands, or performance marketing is highly preferred.
Experience leading teams or managing external agencies is an advantage.
Full-time position.
Standard business hours with flexibility to support campaign launches and live commerce events.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on campaign schedules.
