Global MNC Tech is seeking an innovative and results-driven AI & Machine Learning Specialist to support the advancement of our Smart Factory initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent models that enhance automation, predictive maintenance, quality control, and operational efficiency across manufacturing environments.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a practical understanding of industrial data, IoT ecosystems, and scalable AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable intelligence that drives measurable business outcomes.
Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for smart manufacturing use cases.
Develop predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, computer vision, and process optimization solutions.
Work with IoT and sensor data pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform large-scale industrial datasets.
Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and operations teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud and edge environments.
Monitor deployed models and implement continuous improvement and retraining strategies.
Document technical processes, model architectures, and best practices.
Stay current with emerging AI/ML trends relevant to Industry 4.0 and smart factories.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong programming skills in Python (required); familiarity with C++ or Java is a plus.
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience working with time-series data, computer vision, or industrial analytics.
Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of MLOps tools, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Minimum 3–6 years of professional experience in AI/ML development or data science.
Proven experience delivering machine learning solutions in production environments.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial IoT, or smart factory projects is highly preferred.
Prior remote collaboration experience in global teams is an advantage.

Flexible working hours with reasonable overlap with global teams.
Standard full-time role (40 hours per week).
Occasional availability for cross-time-zone meetings may be required.
Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and smart manufacturing workflows.
Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
Knowledge of edge AI deployment is a plus.
