Global MNC Tech is seeking a results-driven Remote Sales Specialist to accelerate the adoption of advanced drone technology solutions within the agriculture sector. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who understands agri-tech trends and can effectively communicate the value of drone-based precision farming solutions to farmers, agribusinesses, and channel partners. You will play a critical role in expanding market presence, generating qualified leads, and closing high-impact deals in a fast-growing technology domain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the agriculture and agri-tech ecosystem.

  • Promote and sell drone technology solutions tailored for crop monitoring, spraying, mapping, and precision agriculture.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, agronomists, and agricultural enterprises.

  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations, sales presentations, and solution consultations.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closing.

  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in agri-tech, drones, IoT, or technology solutions.

  • Strong understanding of the agriculture value chain and precision farming concepts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

  • Strong digital selling and virtual engagement capabilities.


Experience

  • Minimum 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in agri-tech, drone technology, agricultural equipment, or related sectors.

  • Experience selling to farmers, agri-enterprises, cooperatives, or rural markets is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Prior remote sales experience is an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Fully remote role with flexible scheduling.

  • Must be available during core business hours aligned with assigned regional markets.

  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, demos, or industry events.
