Global MNC Tech is seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Growth Lead to accelerate our e-commerce expansion across international markets. This fully remote role is ideal for a data-oriented growth professional who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and customer lifecycle management.
The Digital Growth Lead will own end-to-end growth strategy, driving customer acquisition, revenue optimization, and retention initiatives across English- and Portuguese-speaking markets. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative experimentation and has a proven track record of scaling digital commerce businesses.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue across e-commerce platforms.
Lead performance marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, and emerging channels.
Own and optimize the full customer funnel, from acquisition to retention and lifetime value growth.
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Partner with product, UX/UI, and merchandising teams to enhance on-site performance and customer journeys.
Analyze campaign and channel performance using advanced analytics tools and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive visibility into growth metrics.
Identify expansion opportunities in English and Portuguese-speaking markets.
Stay current with e-commerce, martech, and digital marketing trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal) is mandatory.
Strong expertise in performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Proven experience with CRO tools, web analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and experimentation methodologies.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar).
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
6+ years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or e-commerce leadership roles.
Demonstrated success scaling online revenue and improving key growth metrics.
Experience working in remote or globally distributed teams preferred.
Prior experience managing multi-market or international growth campaigns is highly desirable.
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments such as startups or global e-commerce brands is a plus.
