Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a talented and user-focused Remote Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our growing FinTech product team serving the LATAM market. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences for our financial technology applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex financial workflows into elegant user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for mobile and web FinTech applications.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Translate complex financial concepts into simple, user-friendly interfaces.

• Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve product experiences.

• Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and localization requirements for LATAM users.

• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design for mobile and web products.

• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

• Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive platforms.

• Familiarity with FinTech, banking, payments, or financial products is highly desirable.

• Strong visual design skills including typography, layout, and color theory.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles.

• Proven experience working on consumer-facing digital products.

• Experience working in remote or distributed teams preferred.

• Prior exposure to LATAM market products is an advantage.

• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system is highly valued.
